| Cornerstone Discipleship Ministries is a Christian ministry committed to teaching the process of making disciples to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. Thousands of Christian ministries are already using this material to teach faithful men and women how to make disciples. The material is formatted to encourage the use of personal testimonies and is flexible enough to use in any ministry. The discipleship process we teach is NOT NEW OR IMPROVED, it is based on the discipleship teachings of Jesus. The practical application format immediately encourages those participating to begin praying for and expecting discipleship opportunities. I believe that teaching Biblical truths about discipleship equips believers 'who were called according to His purpose'. This program is focused on teaching the discipleship process and allowing the that foundational understanding to equip the saints. The 2000 year old process of making disciples does still work. | Every week there’s another song on the radio or preacher in the pulpit telling believers to make disciples. After all, we are all called to make disciples; to bear fruit, much fruit and lasting fruit. James 4:5 says “OR do you think that the scripture says in vain, the Holy Spirit yearns in us jealously?” As an evangelist I have seen there is no shortage of people that yearned to share their faith. Many times after a service, people will talk with me about friends, neighbors and coworkers they wanted to tell about Jesus. However, the only example they ever saw of evangelism was from the pulpit or a large arena event. I believe that the power to make disciples is available to every believer. Jesus said in John 15:5 “He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing” Too many Christians rely on their ability and never experience the Power promised to make disciples. You can make disciples The Holy Spirit yearning in you was not sent from your association or convention. The Holy Spirit was not sent from your church or your pastor. The Holy Spirit that yearns in you was sent by God, the Creator of ALL things, to help you make disciples. If the Lord wanted someone famous witnessing to our friends, neighbors and relatives, don’t you think the Lord is capable of putting some famous in their path. The reality is.... Jesus chose you. My name is Gary Andrews. I was 11 years old when Bill Tisdale explained how God had made a way for me to experience eternal life and receive forgiveness for my sins. He explained that eternal life was a free gift from God and how I could receive that forgiveness. On that day, I asked Jesus to be my Lord and Savior and my name was written in the Lambs Book of Life.
